Upon your browsing Panagrama, some technical information is recorded in a server log to allow for application debugging and aggregate traffic analysis. It consists of your IP address, date and time of the visit, destination and origin URLs of the request and your browser’s user agent string. This data alone does not allow to identify you and is not collated against other sources. It is kept about two weeks before permanent erasure and is never shared with third parties.
All elements of your correspondence with Panagrama remain confidential and are never communicated to anyone. Your email address and messages are stored to improve the quality of answers brought to you. You can at any time prevent the archiving of this information, request to review it or have it deleted. Panagrama will comply as soon as possible.
